Wayne has carried over his 20 years of experience and decided to start his own brand in 2019 covering 11 divisions.
Not only covering employment but with his partnership company Absolute Education Services CIC delivers employment and life skills training to his clients and staff, unemployed and works closely with DWP and HMPPS giving candidates the skills an required training to gain employment.

Nicole has over 10 years experience in working with training providers across the UK by setting up and delivering training packages to end service users and potential clients.
Nicole also is a qualified mentor delivering employment training to schools and colleges throughout West Midland.
